Errands by Lauren is dedicated to freeing up the schedules of busy women and men. We tackle your arduous errands, check them off your list in an efficient manner and give back your precious time. We offer a variety of errands to make your life more enjoyable. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for under our list of errands, please contact us today, as there is no errand too far or too complicated. If we don’t have the expertise to carry out your desired errand, for a minimal fee, we will provide you with trusted recommendations.

We understand your ambivalence about bringing a stranger into your home and your personal life; therefore, we are happy to provide you with references and to meet with you before any service to ensure we are a good fit. We charge an hourly fee from the time we leave our office, till the time we complete the last errand, whether it be at your residence, office or location of the last errand. Our prices are provided upon request. Below is a list of our most popular errands and services, if you do not see what you need, please fill out the form with the services you’re inquiring about. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

Personal Assistance Services:

Everyday Errands: We will do your grocery shopping, pick-up/drop-off dry cleaning, stock your pantry and get your mail to or from the post office once or on a regular basis.

Pet Services: We will set up all your pet appointments and take them to and from those appointments. We will walk them or bring them to and from doggy/kitty daycare too.

Personal Shopping: We will purchase host/hostess, bridal, wedding, birthday or any other gifts, clothing, household/office items, conference/meeting items, etc. and deliver them to the desired location if necessary. We will also wrap any of these items if necessary.

Returns: We will take the stress out of those dreaded returns, even if you don’t have a receipt.

Administrative Work: We will copy checks, create deposit slips, set appointments, make reservations, make copies, file papers, package paperwork, stuff envelopes, label items, etc.

Home Services:

House sitting: We can stay at your house or we can set up a schedule while you’re away. We will care for your pets, water plants, take out recycling and trash, check pipes, and bring in mail.

Wait Services: Need something fixed, but can’t wait for the electrician, plumber, or cable representative, well we can.

Vacation Services: Looking forward to getting away, but don’t have the time to prepare your beach, lake or ski house? Give us a call and we will have ready for your or your guests’ arrival. We will stock the refrigerator and pantry, liquor cabinet, put on clean sheets, make sure there is soap at every sink, prepare the fireplace, and even bring your items ahead of time. You give us the list and we’ll make it happen.

Organization: Have a room in need or being reorganized in your house or office? We will come in and provide a free consult, then organize, and supply you with a list of recommendations to help you further maintain consistent organization. No room is too small.

House Staging: As a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker, we can even assist with staging your house so that it looks picture perfect when getting ready to put it on the market.

Moving: You have so much to do when preparing for a move, let us help ease some of that load. We will help you with the pre-moving, wrapping, packing, and labeling boxes appropriately before the move, help you orchestrate the day of your move and we will even stick around and help unpack those boxes and set up with your specifications.
