Lauren Hajjar is the founder/owner of Errands and Events by Lauren. Lauren created the company in 2004 with a focus on providing personal concierge services to people in and around the Boston Metro North area. After several years of errand services, a demand for event planning allowed for Lauren to expand her services. Lauren is very creative and has a special eye for attention to detail and it shows with every event that she plans. Patience, creativity and a desire to allow people to spend their precious time doing the things they love, is what makes Errands and Events by Lauren, the company that you should choose for your next special event or when planning for a day off.
As a firm believer in education, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA with a concentration in Secondary Education. She has expanded her knowledge and expertise with Wedding Certification courses at Northern Essex Community College.
Lauren continues to build upon her skills in the event planning industry by regularly attending seminars, workshops and being a member of National Association for Catering and Events (NACE), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) as well as other local affiliates.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time reading, exercising with Maggie and spending quality time with her friends and family at Ogunquit beach in Maine.
